Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
Our products are ready made. Once you receive your Christy's Panels according to the tracking number you have 7 days to put the panels back in the mail to us for a return or contact us with questions or adjustments. If we have altered the panels for your window, they are yours to keep and no returns can be made. If something seems incorrect, contact us as soon as you discover the issue and we will make every effort to correct it to your satisfaction. We want all of our clients to be excited about their drapes. We make every effort to see that your order is shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. If there is a hurry or a special request, please don't hesitate to contact us. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box #.
We ship to the United States only, if you live outside the U.S. and want to shop with us, please contact us and we will determine if shipping to your location is possible. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Fabric Samples We are a big fan of seeing the entire panel as opposed to a little piece but we do offer fabric swatches and they will be mailed out within 2 business days. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box #.
